Current appointment report from company house

Hello,
As per ukba requirement CAR required which shows that your name should be in listed as a director but does that report shows our name on it? Or only company info...what details CAR give us?

Online CAR report is fine or it has to got by post only?


I am the director of the company but in Advertisment do I need to mention my job title or only director is fine?

I have started ltd co in August end I will put my visa file in dec so do I need to put audited or unaudited accounts?

I have made my business plan by my own is it compulsory to made by chartered accountant?

I m running management consultancy give advise to start new business so can I make contract with individual or it has to be with company?

Online CAR report is fine or it has to got by post only?

Its better to get a paid CAR posted to you by Companies House, as Home Office requirement states that they want an original copy and not a printout.

Its better you mention both your job title and also indicate that you are the director.

If you are showing available funds in your account or third party account, then you don't need either audited or un-audited account. You only need to submit either audited or un-audited company account if you have already invested the funds.

You can submit business plan prepared by yourself as long as its well written and presentable.

Technically you can make contract with either individual or company, but as a management consultant, I guess you should be working with companies mostly and not individual.

Hi Olasunkanmi
I just writing you that my must have good experience for tier 1 applications. Can you advise me in my case, I got registered my business as Admin support ltd. But I came across policy document of tier 1 on UKBA website that " It exclude any administration, marketing and website function" so i am worried about my business name as it shows that i am doing administration business. Please advise me if I have to change it.
