if your query is relevant to 50,000 visa and investment you should not invest in any business where the activity is lower than a recognized level in terms of yourself as deliverer involved.
following policy offcourse entrepreneurs are allowed to undertake more than one businesses same time if compliance with visa requirements in place

NO you can not If you want to get extension. If you are investing some money in to your other businesses That will not countable under £50 K investment.

Hope this is clear to you.

@ saibk, yes you use your 50k funds to invest in more than 1 business as long as such businesses meet the requirement of your visa.

For example, if you got your visa base on a Business consultancy company A which is above NQF level 4, you can decide to invest 20k in these company A.

Then you can decide to also open an accountancy company B if you can proof that its viable and profitable and also invest 20k in it.
Then you can also decide to open another IT company C if you can also proof that its viable and profitable and you then invest 10k in it.

The only issue is that you will need very detailed evidences during extension as you will have to proof that you are involved in all the businesses and that they all meet the visa requirement.

Entrepreneurs are not suppose to be restricted to one particular business, entrepreneurs are risk takers who should explore all sector of the UK economy to help it grow and you should also be aware that not all business ventures undertaken by entrepreneur achieve success, but the proof/evidence should be provided to show that you tried to achieve success.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.

Hi All, I have a franchised business for sale in Oxford. And the estimated value is £125000.00. We are a well established 3 year old business in Oxford.
