BRITISH SPOUSE DEPENDENT HELP

Dear Sirs,

Hello, My friend recently come from India (1 month) He is a student in University and He has two years valid visa. He has girl British girl friend and they are in a relationship last 3 years via FB and other networking stuff. They are going to get married in 2 weeks times. So thing is he wanted to switch his application from tier 4 to spouse dependent. His girl friend is earning 12000/annum which is not cover the 18600... Please could you tell me and help him that what kind of supporting documents will be required for his application and what are the chances? Boy has business in India if help for the maintenance if need it then he can saw it.
Please tell me the check list of documents, fund and all other requirements which I forget to mention.
