Tier 4 to Tier 1 Entrepreneur

Hi all,

I did some part time work for a company -(Its a one man company, but a proper registered one) and that person is exploring different options to employ me or partner up with me and make me a director of the company.

As a Tier 4 visa holder, the only way to switch to a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa (in addition to the other steps) is to have access to £200,000 right ?

yes and applying from out side the UK
other option would include being backed up with £50,000 from a capital venture firm regulated by FCA in this case you are considered an in country applicant.

U can apply for tier 2, if you completed your degree in level 6 or 7

otherwise u cannot apply for tier 2
