ADVISE AND OPINION NEEDED PLEASE

hi All,
route from psw to tier 1 ent
Myself and my partner got refused in 2 points:-
1.my name and my partner name is not in third part bank statement
2.no advertise materials but i have given my elance,gumtree printouts in my interview

Please help me with any suggestion please
now me and my partner have our own money 50k in our joint account,will that acceptable in appeal?
also we got same print out of gumtree,elance now which we submitted in interview,help and advise please.

well , to be honest they dont accept documents in the interview.

They refused you on 2 points and both are genuine, according to new rules published on 20 January,2014. Home office will only make decisions on documents provided with application and if they want they will request for further documents. If they dont request for additional document and come up with the decision then that will be their final decision.

but anyhow if they gave you right to appeal then you can appeal against their decision.

HELLO RIAZ,
YES they can accept your personal joint bank statement if your barrister justify it well in court. 2nd get some leaflet & business cards done to put positive impression on your advertising material.

Also i am eligible for 10yrs scheme from this august,so will that help me in this appeal?will judge will consider my 10yrs in this case?
