I really regret,that i did not join this forum early.I just joined forum abot 3-4 before.however,unintentially i used to get help from this forum from last last years.I got ILR on 20th march 2013,i know its too late to share experience but just want to contribute,here is my details

HSMP visa got 5th march 2008
entry in uk 9th april 2009
extenion 19th march 2010

Applied innperson in solihull on 13th march.appontment time 13.30 called for interview about 3pm....cw was an asian guy..most of the documents were up2 date...he asked me for p60 which i had not at that time..but i provided him SA302 form from HMRC..he didnt understand what is it i believe...insisting why i m not doing professional job and refered to me his minster tressa may issued a statement that hsmp holder should do professional job.I insisted,i am earning 28k.so this includes some skills that why i m warning this much amount...he said why u r not working as a pharmacist accourding to ur degree...i said i ahve to do twi years full time study for this which i cant afford,,as i ag=hev to earn money to get extension and ILR...asked bout accountant letters..i ahve given him everything..and told him SA302 contains all my tax and earning details...as he asked me have u paid tax on ur self emplyoment...i said yes..he aske me show me in bank stattment transection of HMRC...which i could not found,,as i paid by cash or i used card i dont remember...than he asked me about invoices...was asking about the name on invoices..how do i know him..he calculated all my salary slips...at the end he said i m fully satisfied form ur application except why u r not doing prodessional job..than i gave finger prints..after 40 mints they called me and hand over a letter..stating taht ur application is valid but we cant process today...i was abit worried and was expecting some checks..but a 5 days on 20th march i recieved my BRP...

Well done ! Better late than never . It is still going to be beneficial for new applicants.
