Why paperwork did they request, they never asked me for anything and I rang to confirm but they said nothing was needed so I sent in wage slips and another letter from my employer but they never told me if they were accepted in guessing they weren't

Salaam hello786
I'm in hold because I didn't meet the income threshold. It is a joke esp when no one is keeping us updated with what's going on. It's almost been a year for me so I can understand exactly what you're going through. We jus got to carry on staying patient.

Hey Guys I just spoke to my cousin she specialises in immigration law. She has told me it's guna take a whole for judgment to be handed down the reason being some parties are not in favour they believe the income threshold should be increased to £22,400. Arguments were heard from both sides, liberal democrats are fighting for a decision to be made sooner and the income threshold to be lowered. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... forms.html

@hello786 you said you went pak for 4weeks and payslips were missing because you don't get paid for holidays - what have UKBA said about this? Have they asked for a letter from your employer or any other paperwork?
I will be applying in April (Inshallah) and will be in same situation( I went pak for two weeks so no payslips for that period)

My wife received her visa but she cant travel for a month because her brother is getting married and she needs to stay to arrange/attend the wedding. This month delay in travelling would this cause an issue when she arrives at uk or in future extensions.
