Hi,
Can someone let me know
If I apply in July or Aug 2007 then how many months salary slips and statements do I need to send with my application.

Because for P-60 - I need to give them Apr 06 - Mar -07 salary slips and statements
Whereas do I need to send them the salary slips for Apr 07 till Jun - Jul 07 salary slips as well.

You need to submit the payslips for all the months that you are claiming.
If your ITR covers only some of the claimed months, then you need to take a exceptional consideration and should also submit the bank statement for 12 months that you are claiming and the salary certificate from the employer. Trust you are clear now.

so does that mean the salary slips for Apr-07, May-07 , Jun-07 are to be sumitted
or slips from Apr-06 to Jun-07 have to be submitted...

My problem is that my employer is willing ti sign only the salary slips from Apr07 to Jun-07 for which form 16 is not given
