HI all

i have applied asylum and granted leave to remain in 2010 outside immigration rule.
i got nationality in 2011.
i have three children in karachi Pakistan and all are aged 13 years and under.
Please advise me any rules under nationality Act which able us to register them as british national

If they were born in Pakistan you'd need to bring them to the UK and after 2 years (depending on age) they could register as British so long as they're settled.

If both parents are settled/British you can apply for their ILE.

i am british national and my wife also pakistani national and they born in pakistan but under what categary i will apply their visa to bring them here
and what i have to prove to support my application ...thanks for your help

she is in pakistan and holding pakistani nationality.

Then children can only come over as deps with her. It's a 5 year route to settlement.
