Hi I won my appeal on 24th of January and after more than a Month I received a letter from the court that My appeal has been allowed. I received a letter on 05.03.2014 from the court as my mum is soo ill and i wanted to travel back home so I asked my solicitor to chase the apeal with home office now today I came to know they are appealing agaisnt the decision although I do not know what are there grounds of appeal but I know am very upset plus I paid 2000 pounds already to a Solicitor and again now appeal
whats going on. I already paid my tax on the amount which wasnt accepatable according to them. But I do not know what to do as am very stressed. In the first apeal no home office lawyer appeared in the court and now I dun understand why they are appealing agaisnt this decision. Please give me some advice plus i want to know the expenses coz of home office I m bearing again and agian paying solicitor can I claim back solicitor amount? Thanks
