Passport application grandparents details

Hi guys,
I am filling out my first passport application form.
I recently got approval for naturalization.
My question is regarding section 4 . As both my
parents were born abroad and before 1982 do I
need to give details of my grand parents as well
as my parents.
Giving details of your parents makes
sense but grand parents ...
