Section 3C and court of appeal

Post by Zaidii » Sun Mar 16, 2014 9:13 pm

Hi there, just wondering does your leave gets extended under 3c/3d when you seek permission to go to court of appeal?
Or does it actually stops at upper tribunal.

Many Thanks
Zaidi

@ zee Ali

Thx a lot, I'm still not sure as it says "if applicable" about court of appeal. In what situation it'd be applicable?

Regards

@Zaidi

Bro in my opinion it means if u require u to go to court of appeal. Some people won't get PTA to UT to go UT, so they can't go to

permission to COA.

But when someone accepted for UT hearing (like u) and refused at UT than they can go to PTA to COA.

Above wordings r not definite it's just my opinion.

Ask your solicitor or Representative.

Gurus and Moderator feed back on this please as well.
