Registering child as a BC if he holds EU passport

Hello everyone,

Could anyone please clarify on the question: can I register child as a British citizen once I got PR and a child has passport issued by EU country? Or the child must be stateless at the time of application for a Registration as a British citizen?

The UK allow dual nationality so they would expect the child to hold a nationality. Whether it's an EU one or not doesn't really matter. It's the status of the parent that matters (assuming the child was born in the UK).
