Appeal Allowed What Next

I went to tribunal to determine the validity of my application as UKBA said it was out of time hence no appeal right, was decided to our favour and the Judge ordered the case to proceed to appeal. That same month the case was relisted and we won the appeal. Judge said that their decision was unlawful and ordered a full refund of the fees. Thanks to Almighty God. What next?
Will the visa be issued now or will it still be processed.
Appeal allowed 4th of March.
