Upper tribunal hearing

Post by Zaidii » Sun Mar 02, 2014 6:47 pm

Hi everyone I have my upper tribunal hearing on the 17th March.
My entrepreneur visa was refused for not providing the CAR instead I provided the online version of CAR which didn't have the appointment date.
Had my appeal dismissed at FTT in January got permission to go to UT last week and the hearing date is on the 17th of March.
I would really appreciate if you guys share your knowledge and experience about the hearing at UT.

Kind regards
Zaidi

I had my hearing today at upper tribunal. I've changed my representation so my new barrister added new grounds of appeal and evidence. It all went well, at one point judge said that she'd allow the appeal on which HOPO raised his concern about the new evidence and amended grounds of appeal.
He said that he wasn't prepared for any of all this new stuff.
In response judge asked my barrister to write a letter for amended grounds and she gave 14 days for that.
So that means another hearing and more cost for barrister.
And another trip to London.
Anyway I'll keep you guys updated

I received my judgement today from upper tribunal, and it's been dismissed.
I'm planning to apply for permission to go to court of appeal
My question is will my leave under section 3C is going to continue if I got to court of appeal?
Look forward to hearing from the senior members

Zaidi
