tier 1 general dependant to tier 1 entrepreneur

i am tier 1 general dependant and husband is on tier 1 general main applicant and we have 3 kids on tier 1 general dependant .
I am thinking of applying tier 1 entreprenuer for my self from tier 1 general dependant can i do that .and can i do that in this country or i have to go back to egypt and apply this from there .

no u cant switch with in UK so need to go back to ur home country for this.

Dependant cannot switch back to being main applicant INSIDE UK.
