Life in UK test and application form address query

I have an unanswered query in mind.

1. That after passing life in uk test if change home then before proceeding the application then is there any need to update your new address with test center or again need to appear in test or no need to do anything?

2. Which address the caseworker actually follow for sending back documents either the address which applicant write in form or the address written on the attached documents like bank statements etc. Which can be different if move home?
