To Nguruvilu

If you think waiting wont help your application, you can consider withdrawing application and reapplying again. I understand what you mean that whats the point of putting application on hold when you earn more than enough they require for meeting requirement. I personally think they should put applications on hold whoever earns below the threshold, npt anyone else.

However you state that you sent them more statements, but not the ones they require. This explains why they never accepted your additional documents you sent them. BHC staff are very strict on dates they wont accept the documents you sent them.

My husband application is also on hold due to sending them 8 months statements because i was abroad and when requested i sent them further 4 months statements + the 8 months statements i already sent them. The 4 months i sent them showed no transaction taking place as i was abroad. I am also self employed and we havent heard anything since sending them documents.
Submitted Application: Feb 2012
Application Refused: Jul 2012
Appealed: Unsuccessfull
Reapplied: 27th Sep 2013
Application hold - Jan 2014
RFC: 26th August 2014
Result: Alhamdulillah Visa Granted - All thanks to Allah and your prayers

prayforus wrote:How likely is it that the BHC will accept documents after the visa application date? I'm thinking highly unlikely.

I still have my savings etc, so I was wondering whether they'd take it into account without us having to re-apply?

I applied 2 months short of them having been in my account for 6 months, now our application is on hold.

Can applications be fast tracked??
Hi Prayforus

I am no expert but it sounds like the main reason they put you on hold is because u didn't have ur savings in the account for a period of 6 months before application..and people have said earlier that they will not accept any evidence which is dated post application..so it appears to me is that the solution would be to re apply..if there is a priority service available now it should not take that long.

But you should definitely get advice from people who know more..

Best of luck

It's all too confusing and frustrating. Everyone seems to know their reason for delay in their visa applications whilst I'm stranded with no idea what to do. Withdraw or not? Status has been stating the same -visa application is under process with BHC. But no further detail no reason. I really pray that our ECO's very lenient and kind lol! That will help me a lot. My MP's not got back to me either. In sha Allah I'm praying for positive news for everyone and myself Ameen

After you email them out of hours time, they send you the email which you already received. All you have to do is wait for a reply back from them. That email states they will reply within 20 working days. When i normally email them they respond in a week exactly. Hope this information helps you.

I advise you wait 20 working days for a reply before emailing them again.

AOA,

My wife visa applied on 3rd March 2014 and refused on 11th March 2014 on the basis of no employment letter and not communication documents b/w both of us (emails/fb/skype/call etc). They give me appeal chance so what do you think shall i go for fresh application with all these documents or appeal which would be quickest to get visa done

Plz I need urgent advice coz clock is ticking......

Thanks.

If you were employed at the time of application, and still are by the same employer, then get your employment contract and send it to them. If you can also prove you communicate with your wife, through various applications used to speak to people, then also provide that.

My MP's secretary just called me, saying she's dealing with my case. I'm not sure what kind of communication is taking place between the secretary and BHC. But I'm praying for a positive response in sha Allah. I provided every document for my husbands application. May Allah make it easy for everyone Ameen
