Urgent Advice Regarding tier 1 entrepreneur visa Refusal

I APPLIED on 13 June 2013 interview held on 19 july got refusal on 20 march 2014 fund in uk bank account but in refusal it stated that it does not available for me and business plan resemble with internet now i just need to know what are the steps for appeal and someone told me that you can do appeal in 10 days although appeal right is given but i dont know that is 10 working days or 10 days and further if anyone can help me out what are the basic steps of appeal against refusal.
