I will
I applied for FLR(O) in December 2013 before my visa expire that month, and it was refused in January. I have appealed and the appeal hearing date is June 3rd and I will be completing my 10 years in October 17th. Please I need advice on how to complete the 10 years without breaking the continuous leave.

1. Can I send reconsideration letter while appeal is pending?

2. How long does it take to send decision to appeal to the lower and upper tribunal?

3. Any other thing to do if possible to tell them to adjourn the hearing date ?
