Hi to everybody,

applied entrep visa in jan 2013
got rejected in jan 2014

refusal points are:-

1.third party funds not accepted in uk - but now me and my partner have 50k in our joint account for appeal
2.not submitted business activity document - but we submitted contract with application and submitted advertise materials during interview and told interview guy to note down in interview sheet that we submitted, but nothing been considered for application decision.

went appeal and got date in june 2014

Also i am eligible for 10yrs long time residence from august 2014

please need advise in which way i can reach by 10yrs without any problems,also will this be acceptable document for appeal?

please all experts opinion needed please, waiting for more reply for my questions please

homeoffice say according to policy guidance of this "(4) the account must be in the applicant's own name only (or both names
for an entrepreneurial team), not in the name of a business or third party;

third party funds not accepted it seems ,either in anyway applicant name should be in bank statement it seems to eligible for points
according to homeoffice,third party funds only accepted outside uk only but the policy guidance itself bit tricky to understand and its not clearly provided to us

@ riaz1982, In my opinion the caseworker made a mistake by wrongly misinterpreting that third party funding is not accepted if you are applying from within UK. There is no rule that specifically state that third party funding is not acceptable if you apply within UK. The only reference to this misinterpretation is probably a mistake where it state that "account in the name of a business and third party is not acceptable".

The above qoute is a mistake in my opinion which was there initially before changes in the Immigration Rules in October 2013, and it should have been remove by now but I suppose someone is not doing there job properly.

I believe that you can win your appeal if you decide to challenge HO decision.

Hello mate,

Basically he overlooked your application. 1) 3rd party from UK is acceptable no where it says that its not, 2) Your Business contract shows your business activity.
I would suggest you to go for appeal. You will easily win your case.
