Hi,

I hope someone can help to clarify this confusion.

If a dependent of ILR on long residence basis gets flr(m) approved before the changes will come into force from 6th april.

Would they be able to apply for ILR using set m straight away after 6 april.

Or they have to wait 2 years before they can apply on set m.
