Child born in UK

Hi all,

My daughter born in UK on 20 Jan 2014, I am on tier-1 Gen, Due for ILR in 2016,Wife on PBS Dependant, We have plans to travel to India in July 2014. I had research online a bit but confused with new immigration website.

My queries:

1) Which form- PBS Dependant- https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... ation1.pdf OR Form FLR(o)- https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... rmflro.pdf?

2) How to fill in- baby as main applicant??
3) Fees are mentioned different in both forms, which fees?
4) Both Parents need to send their passport or just copies?
5) Other docs?

I think they expect it to be PBS dependant.
