I have read through the forum but do not find a definitive answer to the question, Can we apply for Tier 1 General extension without Indian passport? How did you go about it? Do UK embassy accept without passport?
I have clear email documented evidence conversation with Indian Embassy and can write a good story in the covering letter, but I'm concerned of the risk of rejection without a valid passport, end up losing £1000's
Will UK Embassy reject if we apply without passport or will they keep the file on hold?
