Hello Shan,

My friend is in the same situation that his appeal was allowed for Tier 1 about a year ago and he is still waiting for his biometric residence permit. I hope he will get it soon too.

But he is unsure though about what will be the visa start date on the residence card that he will recieve. Could you please tell me from your experience that what was:

1- The date/month of your appeal allowed
2- The date/month you received the residence card
3- The date your visa was started from on the card.

I would appreciate your assistance.

Visa card date will be just a few days before when he will receive his brp. Its not like that you win appeal one year before and they will give you visa from the date of appeal winning. Also its been long time. Just push ukba they are very lazy and busy. write letters to them again n again that u need to travel. Wish you all the best.

Congrates Shan!!

I need some advice here...

I received my UKBA letter today.

My appeal was allowed on 3rd Jan 2014.
In the letter, they going to reconsider my application.
And they need me to provide:

1. Original letter of my third party declaration letter
2. Contracts showing trading

And they need me to reply them back Before 2nd April.

Any advice ? Not sure it's a good thing or not?
Hope all of you can reply me back ASAP!!!
