I applied for Tier 2 G shifting from PSW on 15 March 2013
till today i have not received the ACK letter or Anything from UKBA
i called them on 03001232241 but no one answers for hours
i have checked my recorded special delivery it is delivered to them on 17th march 2014
i even dont know how to ask them about my application status is it being received?
are they working on it ?
when will i get the Ack letter as i have seen on timeline people get ACK letter within one week

please can you answer the questions or can you provide anything by which i can ask about my application status
