Restrcited CoS(Tier-2) Assigning after April 6th 2014

All,

My Sponsor got CoS approval from UKBA on March 2014 Allocation. But CoS not yet assigned to me. What will happen if he assigns after April 6th 2014. Can i qualify for applying 5 years Tier-2 general Visa. Anything Sponsor has to do while assigning CoS for this? Any new changes as part of Apr 2014 - Mar 2015 policy. Appreciate your help on this.
