Guys

I got ILR since Feb-2013.
I went away on project to New Zealand in OCT-2013.
Now if I come back to UK in April-2014 or MAY-2014, would I have to start complete 1 year from April or May-2014 till 2015?

Please can you help me with my query.

You are allowed to be absent for up to 90 days in the final year. Everything above and you have to apply for discretion.
I am sometimes wrong.

If you apply 9 months after your return you will meet the 90 days absence requirement for the last year.
Check the FAQ before posting!
Citizenship (adults, children, passport)
EEA (EEA FP, RC, PR, Surinder Singh)
