Tier 1 Ent. Team Application / Situation Changes

Post by inevitable008 » Thu Apr 03, 2014 5:41 pm

Hi Guys..

Guess I am writing this to encourage anyone in a confused states or similar situation like myself
I apply for Tier 1 ent Visa from PSW ROUTE 50k with a team member.
We both applied together with the help of a solicitor(Not a good one).
Both got denied for different reasons.
I was granted appeal and My team member wasn't cuz his visa is still Valid.
He backed out of the tier 1 ent. and switched to another catergory ...
My case and appeal was treated individually and I got my BRP after a year..
Moreover I had to go through 2 appeals (FTT & UTT) that was due to my stupidness of having a terrible solicitor.
At the UTT, I got a better barrister and I won

Hope this helps or encourage anyone in similar situation.., I guess HO & Appeal Court treat case individually

Good luck all & Thanks for your help and support

Cheers

@ inevitable008, yes you are right that your applications are treated individually but don't forget the fact that the only thing that link both of you guys initially is the privilege to share the same 50k funds and also proof of employing British/settled workers.

But now you will have to bear that burden on your own. You will have to show proof that you have invested 50k on your own and that you employ the required worker/s before you can qualify for extension.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.
