English language test for Naturalisation

Hello Gurus,

I am going to be apply for naturalisation (HSMP + Tier 1 + ILR (Mar 2013) . I have already passed LIUK test which was provided for settlement. Can I confirm if I still require to submit any additional proof like NARIC letter if I was granted PBS based on the degree certificate? Initially when I applied for HSMP or Tier 1 I never gave a NARIC letter as the degree was recognised in PBS calculator it was deemed accepted.
Is this a new rule where I need to get a letter from NARIC or pass a test for english language?
Can someone please confirm, I saw some posts in this forum which mentioned that they submitted ONLY LIUK certificate as the proof?
