filling passport application form

Post by UKc2be » Thu Apr 03, 2014 10:44 pm

Hi,

I have filled out the application form but have a few questions:

Section 4 - For first British passport it asks for grandparents details (I don't need those do I?)

Section 5 - it asks for certificate number (what I put down is 7 digits long, has space for 9 digits)
- Under place of issue I just wrote London

Other than these points seems fairly straight forward.

you dont need grandparents detail but should include your parents details.

as long as you wrote the correct certficate number it is fine. mine was also 7 digits.

place of issue is HOME OFFICE LONDON

Thanks,

For the last point since I had already written London, I added Home Office so it reads - London, Home Office. Hope it's okay.
