withdraw of appeal, fresh application and right of work

Hi Guys

I need to ask one important question, do i have right of work after reapplying tier 1 entrepreneur visa after withdrwing appeal.

If yes then do i have any link for that to verifiy.

Hi,

If last leave to remain was expired at the time of fresh application then I believe answer will be "NO".

If I am on appeal then current status should be expired.
