I got a rejection for my case cause my solicitor didn't put any effort in my file, i have right to appeal , i just want to confirm that can i appeal and prepare a new file , and when its done withdraw the appeal and put that new application through.

So sad news.I think you had interviewed on 1st march.when you got refusal letter and what is the reason of refusal.can you explain and you had shown funds in your account.

Visa?when he made the decision on your application.
