Hi everyone ,
I would like to ask that
1-I was given Discretionery leave on human rights for six months on 13th June 2012 before 9th July 2012 and applied FLR before the expiry which was refused and in appeal,i was given 2.5 years DLR so as i was granted DLR before 9th July, Will I be able to apply for ILR after six years from 13 June 2012 according to the rules prior to 9th July 2012.
2-If my ILR on basis of 10 years rule is due and my Discretionery leave is expiring after the date when I am eligible for ILR Will I be able to apply for ILR before the expiry of Discretionery leave
