Hourly Rate?Tier1 Extension

Is there any specific hourly rate(other than minimum) to be paid to employees of the company ?Do we need to take into account the Codes of practice set out for Tier 2 Sponsors with appropriate salary rates?

@Olasunkanmi sir what are your understandings about this from the Policy guidance?

I am going to employ some one but I cant afford more than £6.5 /hour right now as I am being paid £8 /h. Company Services Management Consultancy for GP Practices.

As per my underastanding, you must pay minimum wages for min of 30 hrs per week. For eg if the min wage is 6.5 you pay only £ 195 per week.

I also think so paying minimum should be fine.
