Hi Guys,

I am new to these forums. I was wondering if any one received any updates who applied on either 21st June / 22nd June.

My application reached HSMP team on the 22nd June and still have not yet allocated to a case worker, when ask to customer contact centre they told that my application might have been lost and told me to send a Urgent Treatment form.

I need your suggestion.
