VERY URGENT ADVICE NEEDED

Hi

My visa got rejected and I have now received a hearing date from court and they have clearly mentioned in bold letters that you need to send all the documents (bundle) within three weeks from the date on the letter from court. Now my question is my solicitor is saying we will only submit documents(bundle) 10 to 12 days before the hearing date as my visa was rejected because of interview not because of documents.

I am confused shall i trust my solicitor or is it possible to send the documents few weeks before the hearing date ?

directions on time as to when to send bundles have changed recently your lawyer should not argue on understood things and sending bundles deadline that an applicant has to meet.

@ Anaz786, your solicitor is right and you should read tribunal guidance to put your mind at rest.

Latest time for sending bundle is one week to hearing date and tribunal wont even reject bundle which they recieve before hearing even if its 1-2days before hearing date.

In your case, your solicitor plan to submit your bundle within 10-12 days before appeal, so relax and plan for your appeal rather than worry on bundle.

@ princess of Ammi ..I would really appreciate if you could please provide any link which shows recent changes to save my future as your statement is different from @ Olasunkanmi he is saying I should trust my solicitor now this is making me more confused.
