Tier 1 Dependent Application form Help

Hi,

I have ILR and my wife is on Tier 1 G dependent visa. She has a shortfall for ILR and I'd like to extend the visa under the same category as advised by seniors in the forum.

My question is that: The application form is asking PBS Main Applicant Details as if I am still under the Tier 1 visa. Obviously I am not.

For example some questions below that I am not sure what to reply:

M4; Has the PBS main applicant received notification that their application has been successful? (ht)

M5; Under which category of the Points Based System has the main applicant applied?

Etc...
