Graduate Entrepreneur visa(Electronics engineering)

Hello there,
I am graduated in electronics engineering(Msc Sensor design engineering), I am in process of applying for entrepreneur visa. I have no idea what kind of company to start. If I open anything related to design, do i need licence for that. Can any one please help me regarding this
