Mistakes on Business Plan

Please Guru advice is needed:

I made a mistakes in the business plan when i made application and home office picks it up in the refusal letter.

I have submitted my appeal including business plan. Now can I correct some figures in bp and submit updated one to court?.

If yes, won't that go against me in court as Judge can pick it up too that why am I making so much mistakes

What mistake did you make? I guess you used someone else business plan and forgot to replace the company name. Am I right?

No,
I wrote my business plan myself.
Mistake is that i used the estimated figures for payroll tax instead of applying tax rate on the estimated/planned salary

i got the refusal based on same thing what you were asking from dayyurite . they said my BP has used some other company name

"Business Success realises that one strategy could be good for one and other strategy could be good for another" here they think business success is a company..i have searched everywhere i could not find any company with this name. what do you advise how to go about this in court ?

Experts will advise but it entirely depends on luck. Some people used very simple or no business plan and they got visa. And I have seen people who have submitted perfect business plan and they got refusal after interview. I think business plan must be very simple and precise but in your own words.
There is actually no need to mention the tax and financial figures which are hard to explain in interview.

did you guys submit client contracts any employee payslips which were working with you.

1st of all i would say bad luck. Second I would like to add here that you can not make proper business plan without any help of an accountant specially payroll, wages etc. Yes you have to do changes in to your BP & send it to court. Lucky If they consider that.

In my BP I didn't submit any figures and yes my business was actively trading...but they said your BP is too generic and copied from the website now How can i defend this in court any expert advice please as i don't want to trust my solicitor anymore.

my business is already established and I provided /ho with list of my clients because I had 22 clients when I applied. no payslips as I have not employed anybody.
Interview attended but they did not ask question regarding payroll
