I just wondering, are we required to show business bank statements for whole three years at the time of extension? What i can see from policy guidance, we are not required to do so. However, we need accountant letter confirming investment, unaudited accounts, payslips along with employee passports, proof of bussiness bank account(i.e one month bank statement or bank letter will be enough) etc. Any comments? It will help us to prepare for extension. Thanks

Yes.I do not think so that we have to explain them each and every transaction unless in future they introduced an interview before extension as well(hope not so).
1-Wage slips for those Hours claimed+employee passporrts copies
2-Unaudited accounts
3-Leter off confirmation of Investment
Letter of Job Creration from accountant(not sure)
EPR(Emplyeee Payment Record showing the dates they started).
CAR.
Rest wait for some other opinions.

The accountants letter must be original and contain:

 name and contact details of business
 status of the applicant in the business
 number of posts created in the business
 dates of the employment created
 registration or permission of the accountant to operate in UK
 date the accountant created the letter on behalf of the applicant, and
 statement from the accountant to confirm the content of the letter to the Home Office.
