Help! BRP card no received

Hi All,

I appeared for PEO appointment for ILR on 31st March 2014 and my application was approved.

As per approval letter I should have received my BRP card but this is not the case and I am still waiting.

One of my friend who appeared on 7th April 2014 has received his BRP card.

I contacted DX courier (belive they provide service to deliver BRP card) and they have no information of any delivery related to my card.

I have now emailed on a email address provided within approval letter and received an automated response that earliest they reply to email is within 5 working days.

Can anyone help and let me know if there is any telephone on which I can call and get update on BRP card

Hi All,

I have still not received my BRP card neither email from Home office delivery office to provide me with a update on my card.

Any advice what should be my next step.
