Need advise regarding biometrics

Hi all
I applied for entrepreneur visa from PSW route on 4th April and received my biometric 3 days ago (Today is the 3rd working day).
After reading too many stupid refusals I decided not to give biometric whereas I have submitted everything in ukba format + I have funds in my own account.
If I won't give biometric then HO will consider my application as invalid but will they refund the fee or not?
Please advise

Because I still have valid visa until end of August and I'm in uk since last 5 and half year.
I want to withdraw after reading too many stupid refusals.

Next time think carefully and than apply. Do not apply too early.

It's not very early but I have decided to give biometric and they if they will refuse me for any stupid reason like funds then I will go for judicial review because I have proofs that funds were available since last 2 years.
Other option will be student visa because I have spent 3 years on student visa so 5 years study cap won't apply on me.

Why u want your case to be complicated.

When they refuse u and u go for JR as u won't get appeal right because u still have valid leave.

Do u know JR process is a lengthy process and your visa will expire when u get the JR hearing date.

If suppose they refuse your JR u can't apply any other visa because u will not have valid leave.

Do not make things complicated for u .

In my opinion Don't give your biometric they will invalid your application and refund your fees and give back your BRP (link provided).

Apply tier 4 near the expiry of your current visa.
