Wa alaikum salaam Sister. There's something that doesn't make sense here. You are living in Morocco and your British husband as your sponsor submitted an application for a spouse entry visa for you here in the UK? This wouldn't be possible. You have to submit the application in Rabat yourself. The UKBA don't accept applications from the sponsor (in this case your husband) and neither can you submit a Spouse visa application in the UK for someone living outside of the UK. Also the UKBA (PEO) office in London doesn't deal with personal applications for a Spouse entry visa. Even if he had been applying for Further Leave to Remain following your entry on a fiancee visa and after marriage in the UK, you would have submitted the application at the UKBA office in person, not him. Have you seen and signed the forms he says he submitted?
Perhaps your husband should come on to the forum and explain with more information. :?

Please start your own topic with your circumstances and questions rather than digging up and tagging onto one that is more than 3 years old.
