
Can we hire 10 apprentice with national minimum wage of £2.68 per hour to get eligible for indefinite leave to remain after 3 years.
I have spoken to couple of solicitor none of them seems to be sure. Can’t find anything in guidance. I read that UKBA wants to know how much per hour we have paid to each employee.
