Can dependent applying from outside UK can use her own bank statement to claim maintance funds requirement or it should be in joint account or main applicant bank account(UK account)? any link or reference will be quite useful. Many thanks

Yes the funds for spouse can be in main applicants account or the spouse account for children the funds can be in main applicant account or the other parent account.
Make sure that the maintenance funds are not in a joint account with some other person.

When they will fill online application option first is

1 own/main applicant's funds

so very simple

they have not differentiated even in question.

i need to complete my wife online visa application. to create the right application form its giving me three option which ones i need to select can anyone one plz help me in that. My visa type is Tier 1 (General) .

2)Visa type
