Yes, you can omit your son for ILR, but he cannot apply 'directly for a passport'. If born in the UK, registration on MN1 under section 1(3) first, then passport once registration certificate is received.Tier1immigrant wrote:Will omit my son as he could apply for passport directly after we get ILR.
