English Language Test for ILR Dependent

Hi
I got my ILR on 04-DEC-2013; my wife and son are still on on their existing TIER-2 ICT dependent Visa, which is going to expire on OCT-2014. Currently both (Wife and son) are in UK and I want to renew their TIER-2 ICT dependent Visa again but has below mentioned questions regarding this:

1. Does my wife need to give test for English Language?
2. Their status will change to ILR dependent. Do I need to do anything for this or it will change automatically?
3. Which form I need to fill for teirher Dependent Visa?

How long has the child and spouse had the PBS dep leave?

My wife and son are on PBS dependent leave since May 2009. There visa renewed in 2010 then again in 2012.
