If one has already filed FLR IED 2 months before the 1 year ends and the dependent joins you after your filing but before the 1 year period and the visa expires how do you file for the dependents extension? Can u submit another FLR IED with fee for the dependent ?

Payment Guidance Notes for Applicants in the FLR(IED) form states
If any of your dependants are included in this application, there is no additional fee. But if they apply separately, at a different time or on another form, they will have to pay the fee appropriate to the application they are making.
You can presumably submit another FLR(IED) for the dependent at a later time. However you will end up spending £121 for each such application.
