Completing Application Form

Post by mepals » Tue Jul 24, 2007 12:31 pm

Hi

1.) In the application form, I am not sure on the question number 17. (Q17. What is the name and address of your legal representative in the UK, if you have one?)
Is it your current employer or your client if you are already in UK? Or does legal representative mean relatives/HSMP agent?

2.) Also can I complete the application form in word document and then take a print out? Or is it better to take the blank print out and then fill it by hand? Are there any guidelines for the same?

Thanks,

Question 17 refers to your consultant/solicitor/lawyer, if you are using one. If you are applying yourself (as in, sending your application directly to the HO), you should leave Q17 blank.

And regarding your second question yes, you can fill and print if you want.

Either way is acceptable.
